At Angelic Touch salon the goal is to make each and every guest happy before they leave on their appointment day. In the event that you are not happy with your service, please contact the salon owner within 24 hours of your appointment and we will do everything in our power to give you the result you are looking for. In the event that an allergic reaction has taken place you will be refunded 50% of your service price [pending owner approval] to compensate you for your time. Your satisfaction is our top priority and we appreciate you communicating with us promptly. Please note, any refund for services provided would be determined on a case by case basis by the owner.

CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

Due to the individualized nature of services we offer, our service providers prepare treatment rooms and services in advance for each client.  If you are unable to keep your appointment, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance prior to your scheduled appointment. We reserve the right to charge for appointments not canceled within this period. We do our best to provide a confirmation call, text or email  the business day before your scheduled appointment.  These notifications are a courtesy, and not receiving a call or text does not excuse an absence by a client.  If you are scheduling an appointment for the next day in which there is not a 24 hour gap in between making the appointment and the actual time of service you must call by the end of the day before scheduled time to cancel.  

 

**You will not be charged if you cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment starts.  Otherwise, you will be charged 50% of service price for late cancellations and 100% for no shows.**
